So we asked UoM students about their BAME ROLE MODELS. This is what they said…

~Kenneth To

“I like him because he is passionate about swimming, and the fact that he was trying hard to be connected with his culture (Hong Kong) inspires me a lot.”

Kenneth To was a young Hong Kong Australian swimmer who practised individual medley, freestyle, butterfly and breaststroke and was the holder of 16 Hong Kong national swimming records. He was born in Australia, and he successfully got used to the culture and represented Hong Kong as an athlete.
